Niloufar Khonsari

Niloufar Khonsari (she, they) is a Bay Area consultant, facilitator, and former movement lawyer with deep experience supporting organizations to build more just, caring, and participatory ways of working together. They co-founded Pangea Legal Services, a worker-led immigrant justice organization, and now lead Bala Rising, advancing organizational development, capacity building, and collective leadership.

Nilou has worked with over 100 organizations and authored The Future Is Collective, a book on shared leadership and collective governance. They bring deep experience supporting groups through growth, uncertainty, and the chaos of today’s world, with a focus on clarity, community, and care.
